The location of the property was perfect and magnificent as we were near the Rastkogelbahn, ski area, restaurants, and bars. the single room was fine with comfy beds.

Perfect location and amicable staff were a definite plus. The restaurant was exceptional with good service, we ordered appetising dishes.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptional. the restaurant offered excellent service and delicious dishes. the location was great, just about a 15-minute walk from the city center.

The room was spacious and cosy with amenities like an individual safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. the staff were friendly and assisted us with complimentary parking. the hotel is conveniently located near Tirol, ski areas, restaurants, bars, and the Rastkogelbahn.

The rooms were clean and functional, complete with a balcony and comfy beds. the location was absolutely perfect and excellent. the staff were excellent. the hotel is in a good area right by the glacier and bars/restaurants.

The welcoming atmosphere here feels like family, and staying in a modern family room with a balcony and cozy beds adds to the comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski bus stop, within easy reach of the Mayerhofen ski area. the room and bathroom are spacious, and the staff provides an excellent service. the breakfast is delicious, and the sauna is a great facility to relax after a day of skiing. the view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking, making for a perfect stay.

Not all staff members are fluent in English, which may cause some communication problems.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Tirol! The staff were so friendly and down to earth, making me feel like I was part of the family. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the well-serviced ski workshop to the clean and relaxing sauna. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift and with stunning views of the mountains from my room's balcony. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the dinner options were exceptional, with a course meal to choose from. I also loved the free skibus ticket provided, making it convenient to explore the area.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was ideal as it was very close to the ski bus stop, with just a short flat walk of around 50 metres. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa experience, which was quite an amazing and peaceful experience. Additionally, the hotel parking was easy and hassle-free. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and excellent breakfast.

Great location near the slopes and ski rentals, with easy access to bars and restaurants. Lovely view of the mountains from the room's balcony.

My experience at this hotel was not the best. The staff was not accommodating and seemed unorganized. Meals were often chaotic and poorly prepared. Worse than that, the room was quite outdated, with a bathroom from the 80s that was not very clean, and there was no hairdryer. The high price did not correspond with the poor quality of the room and service. Xmas was a big disappointment, I'm afraid!
